I am in the second trimester of my first pregnancy, and everything is going ok. There's one problem I have that I don't really want to bring up with my OBGYN. Sex has been great during pregnancy and my libido has gone up. But… it hurts to climax and sometimes clitoral stimulation hurts too. Actually the clitoral area also sometimes hurts when I am riding a bike. And it seems like there is too much pressure on the general area like there is a pulled muscle or something. That is just unpleasant and not too painful but the orgasms are really painful to the point that I make my husband stay away from foreplay altogether. He's never received as many blowjobs in his life :).

Please help, is this an actual medical problem or will it just go away after pregnancy. Is there anything you can do about.

That sounds rather challenging. I am so sorry! The only thing I can think of that could be causing your problem is muscles pulling differently because of the extra weight of your uterus and baby. 

Please do talk to your healthcare provider about this. I hope you will find a solution somehow.
