I'm about 8 wks preggo now and I noticed as soon as I conceived the zits appeared. Will they go away after the first trimester or should I get used to em because they will stay during the whole pregnancy?

It does get better, some time after you enter the second trimester. In the meantime, you may want to experiment with skin care products. I found that the same products that I had used for years before pregnancy caused irritation and zits when I was expecting. This goes for moisturizers, cleansing products, and foundations.

Visiting the beautician for a facial treatment every month also really help my skin during pregnancy – and it was a great way to relax too. That's something you kind of miss after pregnancy :). 

Don't expect perfect skin though. Hormones are the cause of pregnancy zits, and you can't make them go away!
