I've recently discovered I am expecting. My question is, is it safe to go paintballing while pregnant? My feeling is that it's ok while the first trimester is ongoing, and there's no visible baby tummy yet. What do you think?

Paintball can be pretty high-impact, and those who paintball regularly generally agree that it is a bad idea, even during the early stages of pregnancy. It's better to stay away from something that can be potentially dangerous, and there are plenty of other fun work-outs or team sports you can engage in during pregnancy.

Paintball? I don't think so! I just got pregnant for the first time and I am thrilled about it! During pregnancy, you should do anything you can to keep your baby safe and that definitely means not doing dangerous sports that may cause a miscarriage or something.

Actually your baby is very safe and extremely protected in your tummy. I am playing with my husband this weekend and I am just now entering my second trimester. I did ask my OB before I agreed to go, but I have also played my hole life and all they told me was "do not over do your self, and have fun"!!! So Yes it is okay, and future every mother has there own opinion about things, and there own ideas on what is bad and not bad. If you have a question no matter how stupid you think it is I would recommend always asking your OB for the information. Keep in mind they went through a ton of schooling to get where they are. Mom's and future mom's we go off what we "think" is the right thing to do!! Most of the time we are right or in the right direction, but hey we only have experience not science and experience. Good luck and I hope this helped!

Paintball is not a dangerous game but you should have to be careful while playing game because some time small accident will be effect on our whole life. During pregnancy period, I must says that stay from paintball game.
