I once conceived and I had a miscarriage at the 4 months of my pregnancy.  After then I was operated ( pus in my stomach).  I tried to conceive but  I have completely failed.

 

When to a specilists, then she told me that I have blocked falliopina tubes.

 

Please i have drugs  to un block them but all in vail.

 

Could you please have another option for me so that I can conceive.

That sounds like a tough situation! Of course, nobody can give you a diagnosis or possible solutions to your problem over the internet. I do suggest that you see another doctor (or several) for a second opinion. It sounds like you had an infection after your miscarriage, and that can sometimes lead to more long-term consequences. 

Women with blocked fallopian tubes can benefit from IVF to conceive in many cases, but surgery can also often unblock the affected tube(s).
