Natural Ways to Prevent Miscarriage in Early Pregnancy
Most miscarriages happen in first 15 weeks of pregnancy, for this reason it is extremely important to be especially careful during this period. I am not sure if woman can do sth to prevent miscarriage in ealry pregnancy or later on in pregnancy – in mean in therms of doing sth good for her body.
it is defnitelly better not to drink alcohol caffeine, exercise heavy and so on, but whether zinc rich foods actually help in miscarriage prevention, I am not sure about that.
Some herbalists advise Black Haw root bark and false unicorn root for miscarriage prevention. Most miscarriages – herbalists say – are caused by hormonal imbalances, an “incompetent” os, and environmental factors like pollution, radiation, etc.
