Its amazing how so many women are affected by PCOS & IR and don't even know it. Diet, and exercise are essential but most women are put on medications as well. I've treated and controlled my IR & PCOS for nearly 7 years now with herbs and natural treatments. Was even blessed with 2 miracle babies with ZERO IF meds.
